Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our handmade artwork. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and crafted with care.

Returns & Exchanges

•  We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

•  Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

•  A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

•  Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items:

•  All custom or personalized orders are final sale.

•  Items showing signs of use or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

•  Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos if your item arrives damaged.

•  We will assist with shipping claims for lost packages.

Refunds:

Refunds (minus shipping and restocking fees) are processed to the original payment method after we receive the returned item.

Note: Since the original purchase comes with free shipping, that shipping cost will be taken out of the refund.
