From our studio in Folsom, Louisiana, this luminous Cherry Jubilee Illusion Glass celebrates the exuberant beauty of cherry blossoms and ripe fruit captured in eternal spring. Hand-painted with specialized European enamel glass paints that fuse permanently to the surface upon firing, the delicate blossoms, glossy cherries, vibrant leaves, and graceful branches glow with rich depth and lifelike vibrancy. The translucent glass creates an illusion of a living orchard suspended in light, where petals and fruit appear to drift gently in an endless season of abundance.
The vertical rectangular composition is framed in traditional lead came construction and accented by hand-twisted copper wirework that forms elegant tendrils and organic supports. The piece is suspended from a custom copper hanging element and rests above a flared, customized blown glass bowl base, evoking a sense of gentle downward flow and natural bounty.
