From our studio in Folsom, Louisiana, these Mardi Gras King Cake Baby Magnets and Pins capture the playful heart of Carnival season in miniature form. Two versions are available. The first features a hand-sculpted micro king cake baby nestled within an ornate, hand-sculpted tiny king cake and adorned with hand-strung colorful glass seed beads in traditional purple, green, and gold — the symbolic colors of justice, faith, and power. The second style features a traditional sized painted and epoxy sealed king cake baby placed onto a hand-sculpted clay king cake and gold foil base, with hand-sculpted beads in purple, green, and gold and either created as a larger pin option or as a magnet and mounted onto a Louisiana shaped hand-cut clay backing. These unique sculptures are rendered with charming detail and authentic finishes, evoking the joyful tradition of finding the hidden baby in a king cake during Mardi Gras celebrations.
